Material :

1 boiler chicken / young male free-range chicken.

1 pcs lime

1 tsp Salt / to taste

500 ml coconut milk / more (from coconut grains)

Right amount of oil

1 table spoon brown sugar

If you like broth powder to taste

GROUND SPICES :

20 pcs / more curly red chilies / to taste

10 pieces of bird's eye chilies (lombok) / to taste

7 cloves of garlic

12 shallots / more

1 tbsp shrimp paste, grilled/roasted (according to taste)

5-6 hazelnuts

Salt to taste .

Metode:

1. Marinate the chicken with lime & salt, let stand 30-45 minutes until the lemon juice is absorbed.
2. Heat enough cooking oil, saute ground spices until fragrant, then add brown sugar, stir.

3. Add coconut milk, stir until boiling.

4. Add the chicken, cook until the chicken is tender & absorbed. And the gravy is shrinking.

5. Then burn it while occasionally smearing the spices until the outside dries up & serve.
